Please follow the check-out instructions displayed on the wall inside the apartment, including the instructions for returning the keys.
Please use the maintenance reporting link that was sent to you via WhatsApp when you checked in.
When reporting an issue, please send photos or a short video via WhatsApp where possible, as this helps us assess the problem quickly.

Parking is available for the following apartments:
Isaac’s Pad – parking included
Frankie’s Den – parking included
Aggie’s Burrow does not have parking available.
Yes. The accommodation has high-speed wireless internet.
The Wi-Fi name and password can be found on the back of the router.
The cleaner attends fortnightly.
You do not need to be present, as the cleaner has their own key.
Please place all rubbish in the bin stores located outside in the grounds of the property.
Kindly ensure rubbish is bagged properly before disposal.
Yes. Towels and bedding are provided for all guests.
The accommodation is a fully serviced apartment, so you do not need to bring or buy your own.
